The "press-type dewatering machine" is a hydraulic press-type horizontal dewatering machine developed in response to the need to dewater pulp residue from paper manufacturing processes to a moisture content that allows for self-ignition. Dewatering to a moisture content of 50% (a self-ignitable state) has been achieved through high hydraulic pressure. As a result of dewatering, the raw material can be incinerated or converted into fuel.
